Terms and Conditions Referral Program Summer 2023

Eligibility:

The Referral Program is open to all existing customers of CompanyOn who have an active subscription.

Referral Criteria:

To be eligible for rewards and prizes, the referred individual must sign up for CompanyOn using the unique referral link provided by the referrer.

Subscription Waiver:

If a referrer successfully refers one person, and that person becomes a paid customer for at least 30 days, the referrer will receive a three-month waiver of their subscription fees with CompanyOn.

Gift Card Lottery:

If a referrer successfully refers more than two colleagues, and those colleagues become paid customers for more than 30 days, the referrer will win the three-month waiver of their subscription fee and enter a lottery for a chance to win one of four $130 gift cards for FIGGs scrubs.

Dream Vacation Voucher Lottery:

If a referrer successfully refers 5 or more colleagues who become paid customers for more than 30 days, the referrer will win all the previous prizes mentioned (subscription waivers and gift card lottery), in addition to a chance to win a $2,000 Air Canada voucher for a dream vacation.

Program Duration:

The Referral Program will run from July 5, 2023 to September 30, 2023. Referrals made outside this period will not be eligible for rewards or prizes.

Referral Limits:

There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. The more successful referrals made, the higher the chances of winning prizes.

Random Selection:

The lottery winners for the gift cards will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible referrers. The winner of the dream vacation voucher will also be selected randomly.

Announcement of Winners:

The winners of the gift cards and vouchers will be notified via email within 30 days of the Referral Program’s end date. The results will also be announced on CompanyOn’s website and social media platforms.

Prizes Delivery:

Subscription fee waivers will be applied directly to the referrer’s account. Gift cards for FIGGs scrubs will be sent to the winners via email or physical mail, based on the provided contact information. The Air Canada voucher for the dream vacation will be delivered electronically to the winner.

Redemption of Prizes:

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Decision Finality:

Conceptualshift Solutions Inc. the parent company of CompanyOn, reserves the right to disqualify participants or modify the Referral Program terms and conditions at its discretion. The decision of CompanyOn regarding any aspect of the program, including prize winners, is final and binding.
