What happens after my 14-day trial?
At the end of your trial, you'll be asked to choose a billing plan. If you don't add a payment method, your account is paused, never deleted.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD), per practitioner license.
How does the yearly plan work?
The yearly plan is $35.99/month per license, billed once a year ($431.88 USD for your first license). That saves you $48 a year compared with paying monthly.
Can I add more clinicians to my account?
Yes. Each additional license is $26.99/month (monthly) or $23.99/month (yearly). Add or remove licenses anytime from your account settings.
Is anything locked behind a higher tier?
No. There is one plan and every feature is included: unlimited patients, unlimited admin users, unlimited locations, scheduling, charting, billing, reports and the patient portal.
How does CompanyOn Online Payments work?
CompanyOn integrates with Stripe to process payments online, no terminal needed. Connect your Stripe account once and payments flow automatically after each appointment. Standard Stripe fees apply.
Is my patient data secure and PIPEDA compliant?
Yes. All data is encrypted, stored securely, and compliant with PIPEDA and HIPAA requirements, built for the Canadian healthcare market.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Yearly plan access continues until the end of the billing period.
