Thank you for participating in the CompanyOn AI ("COAI") Private Beta Program. By accessing or using COAI, you agree to the following terms.

1. Beta Status

COAI is an early-stage beta product that is actively being tested and improved.

The service may contain bugs, inaccuracies, interruptions, transcription errors, formatting issues, or other limitations. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time without notice.

COAI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Human Review Is Required

COAI is a documentation assistance tool only.

It does not provide medical advice, make clinical decisions, or replace professional judgment.

You remain solely responsible for all patient care, clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical record documentation.

Before saving any note or record, you must carefully review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content.

3. Patient Consent

You are solely responsible for determining whether patient consent is required before using ambient recording or dictation features and for obtaining any required consent under applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

You agree not to use recording features without obtaining any legally required patient consent.

4. Privacy and Security

CompanyOn employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information.

Customer data is encrypted during transmission and storage using industry-standard security controls.

CompanyOn does not use customer patient data or protected health information to train publicly available AI models.

5. Feedback

Your feedback helps improve CompanyOn AI.

By participating in the beta, you grant CompanyOn the right to use any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other comments you provide without restriction or compensation.

6. Confidentiality

Because this is a private beta program, you agree not to publicly share screenshots, recordings, benchmarks, or non-public information regarding COAI without CompanyOn's prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompanyOn shall not be responsible for clinical decisions, patient care outcomes, documentation errors, data loss, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta service.

8. Suspension or Termination

CompanyOn may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the beta program at any time for security, compliance, operational, or business reasons.

9. Acceptance

By using CompanyOn AI, you acknowledge that:
