How long does it take to migrate my existing client records?
Most solo practitioners are fully migrated within 1–2 days. We provide a CSV import tool, and our support team can help with bulk imports of contacts, past appointments, and historical notes if you need it.
Can I access client records when I'm offline in the field?
Yes. The CompanyOn mobile app caches client records on your device so you can review and add notes during home visits with no connectivity. Everything syncs the moment you're back online.
Where is my client data stored?
Your data is hosted on encrypted servers physically located in Canada. We're PIPEDA-compliant by default and HIPAA-aligned for US-based practices. Only authorized users on your team can access records.
Can multiple team members work on the same client at once?
Yes. Real-time sync means your team sees updates immediately. You can also set role-based permissions so each team member only accesses what they need.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
